FlygoTaxi provides professional taxi and transportation services throughout Belgium and surrounding areas. Our services include point-to-point transportation, airport transfers, and other ground transportation needs.

2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to driver availability
• We recommend booking in advance for guaranteed availability
• Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before scheduled pickup time
• Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are calculated based on distance, time, and current rates
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, and waiting time
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and approved digital payment methods
• Receipts are provided upon request

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location and time
• Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles
• Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle
• Excessive waiting time may incur additional charges
• Children must be accompanied by an adult

5. Driver Standards

• All drivers are licensed and insured professional operators
• Drivers will provide courteous and professional service
• Route decisions are made by drivers based on traffic and safety considerations

6. Liability and Insurance

• FlygoTaxi maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage
• Our liability is limited to the scope of our insurance coverage
• Passengers should secure their personal belongings
• Lost items will be held for 30 days if found

7. Service Areas

Our primary service area covers Belgium and immediate surrounding regions. Special arrangements may be made for longer distances with advance notice.

8. Complaints and Disputes

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Any complaints or concerns should be directed to our customer service team within 48 hours of service. We will investigate all complaints promptly and fairly.

9. Terms Modification

FlygoTaxi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
